The two-format 4* KAZAN EXPO Hotel is currently under construction and in 2019 the 250-room fund, 200-seat restaurant, multifunctional conference rooms, swimming pool, SPA and FITNESS will be put into operation. The complex will not only improve the quality of life of city’s residents and create an unforgettable atmosphere for visitors of the capital, but it’ll also provide the growth of expert employment in the area of professional hotel services and infrastructure services. The Management Company plans to saturate the modern texture of the city with two more new multifunctional clusters.
The meeting allowed us to make a number of administrative decisions on conceptual projects in which world-class architecture combined with advanced information technologies of construction, operation and management will make a significant contribution to the cultural heritage of one of the most dynamic, economically developed and politically stable subject of Russian Federation.
